Dr. Tokman was born in Ankara in 1967 and completed his secondary education at TED Ankara College. Then he was graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry at Hacettepe University in 1990.

He worked with Prof. Cengiz Tokman on Cosmetic and Prosthetics between 1991-1997 and conducted his conferences on "100 Questions about Porcelain Crown and Bridges" in different locations throughout Turkey.

He also worked with Professor Cengiz Tokman on establishment of the Dental Information Center where later he gave lectures on porcelain crown and bridges and shared his experiences with other dentists and dental technicians.

He took several courses in Turkey and abroad. Most of the courses he attended was in United Kingdom, Germany and Greece.

He attended many conferences in Turkey focusing on variety of topics such as porcelain crown and bridges, oral cancer and more. He also has studies on functionality and cosmetic of total or partial missing teeth and color of porcelain.

He is a member of Switzerland based organisation ITI (International Team for Implantology).

He is fluent in English and German.

Dr. Tokman is focused on the clinical study of dentistry and techniques related to the implant prosthodontics and cosmetic dentistry.

He worked for Dentanet Dental Clinic which was accredited by several foreign dental insurance companies and various embassies (including US and UK Embassy) in Ankara between 1997-2007 and then moved to Istanbul, where he and his current partner Dr. Orsal opened a new clinic.

Dr. Sibel Oznur Orsal was born in Ankara in 1966 and graduated Ankara Atatürk High School and she was graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry at Hacettepe University in 1990. Right after her graduation she became dental research assistant at Hacettepe University Department of Periodontology and continued until 1995.

She had many scientific studies during and after her research assistance period. She worked for Dentamed in Ankara for 12 years. She has been working for Cosmetic Dentistry Center of Istanbul since 2006.

Dr. Oznur attends local and intenrational conferences. She is a member of the Turkish Society of Periodontology and a IAP. She is currently operating treatments such as periodental bone diseases, bone grafting, cosmetic correction of deformed gums and implantology. She is expecially interested in treatments focusing on bad breath, teeth grinding and jaw/joint problems.
