Dr. Alexander Aslani is one of very few expatriate surgeons to have been granted full membership of SECPRE (Spanish Society of Plastic,Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery), which is an honor only granted under exceptional circumstances to expatriate surgeons.

Dr.Aslani has held various academic consultant positions in university hospitals in the UK, South Africa, Germany,Austria, including a fellowship in craniofacial surgery at Wentworth Hospital, Durban, South Africa.

Dr.Aslani has been attending professor in the Austrian academy for microsurgery, where he trained surgeons to become reconstructive microsurgeons, as well as lecturing professor at PMU Medical school,Salzburg Austria.

Apart from cosmetic surgery Dr.Aslani also has special interest in Reconstructive surgery, especially microsurgery of the breast and head and neck, as well combined body contouring surgery and advanced fat grafting techniques.

Dr.Ortiz has special interest in reconstructive microsurgery of the head and neck, and has trained in the United States.

He consults in Cirumed Clinic Marbella, both for facial aesthetic surgery as well as head an neck surgery.

Apart from oncologic head and neck surgery, and facial reconstruction following trauma, Dr.Ortiz peruses clinical interest in both primary and secondary aesthetic rhinoplasty.

He has logged several thousand nose operations and is one of the most experienced surgeons in this field in Spain.

The department is therefore one of the few centers in Europe where all rhinoplasties by both a Plastic surgeon and an ENT specialist in a team. Corrective surgery of the nasal septum in case of deviation, as well as full nasal septum reconstruction.
