For a healthy pregnancy, it’s important that the mother-to-be is in the best health of her life! Preparing your body for pregnancy should start at least 3 months prior to conception. When planning for baby, women should first visit their OB/GYN for a pre-pregnancy exam. Other tips include quitting smoking, avoiding alcohol consumption, updating your vaccinations, have a dental exam, and take a daily prenatal vitamin before, during and after pregnancy.
