A Walk a Day Keeps the Calories Away

There are those who enjoy eating and there are those who say its genetic's fault.

Either way the battle to keep the weight off can be helped when getting out everyday for a brisk walk.

Studies say that obese people can help reduce their weight from genetic obesity if they take an quick paced, aggressive walk for 1 hour a day.

People who have obese parents and siblings are more at risk of genetic obesity, according to Qibin Qi, from Harvard School of Public Health.

So put on your running shoes and get your favorite music playing in your ears…and walk your way to thin-ness.
