Can dermabrasion even skin tone?

I'd really like to even out my sking tone. It's blotchy and just never really looks healthy. Can dermabrasion even out the blotchiness or is another treatment better?

Hi Courtney, this is a common problem with many women. Blotchiness or hyperpigmentation can happen for several reasons: sun damage, age spots, melasma (hormones) and more. Microdermabrasions are great to maintain skin health, but not necessarily to correct. it's important to have a skin expert take a look at your skin and ask you about your medical history prior to quoting treatments. In general, laser skin rejuvenation with chemical peels are great facial treatments to look into. I hope this helps, good luck!
