Symptoms of Schizophrenia?

My 58 year old father has been having delusions and believes there's a "devil" that is prompting him to act violently after 7pm everyday. He shouts incessantly, ranting about completely unrelated things. He's perfectly fine in the day time and is very sincere in his work. He is an alcoholic and a chain smoker for almost 35 years now. He also tends to talk to himself and say inconspicuous things at night. I have no idea what we can do about this. I need some help to find psychiatrists here in Dubai. We would like to detect the mental disease before it gets worse. Please help.
