Septoplasty - Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT)

Problem that I fill is something move from the bridge of my nose and come down the back of my throat and I spit it out and it looks like dried mucus usually in the shape of the bridge of my nose...!! I have to clear my throat again and again which ultimately cause dry throat and kind of infection. There was blood came out twice. I thought it came from nasal and didn't pay attantion to it. I am facing this problem since almost last two year. I showed it to 2 to 3 doctors here in USA. First Doc gave me some prescription and a nasal pump. But that didn't make any diff at all. Then I went to ENT Specialist. He told me that there is something wrong with the spectrum between nose and asked me to get done 3 to 4 X-ray. But Only consulting visit cost me almost 300$. Just for visit (Consultancy) and my insurance didn't cover single penny out of it. And I had past exp of X-ray for chest which cost 150$. So I calculate for 4 xary would cost me almost 600$ and then when I will check those X-ray with Doc will cost more. So now I am planning to
get done this in India. I need some suggestions
is my decision right ? Or should I go with US Doc.
How much it will cost me in India ?
