Will breast implants help my confidence?
I want surgery to help me feel confident again but I don't know what surgery i need. i was a DD and then I lost weight so now I'm a B/C but my breasts aren't as firm as they were. will a breast lift work or do i need implants? i'm worried about the health implications of implants but want to be happy with my figure after the surgery.

Breast implants are not as dangerous as you might think & the FDA approved both silicon and saline implants. The cases of problems with implants causing health problems are very rare and 97% of women have no complications at all. If you're worried, talk to your surgeon who should be able to put you in contact with other women who have had the surgery. D, we're in the same position. i lost over 120lbs with a gastric bypass and want that extra boost. i liked my fuller figure so am going to go for implants rather than a lift. hoping to have the surgery this summer. A consultation really helps make up your mind because you get to feel the implants and the results you'll likely see. Talk to a surgeon would be my advice :) Best of luck, Tess (current weight loss 120lbs/ 25lbs to goal)
