We will be moving to Mexico in less than two years.we are hopeing to have a surrogate Would like to get forms and find out all information possible

Hi There, as far as i know surrogacy in mexico is illegal except the state of tobasco. You can bring your own surrogate from USA and do the IVF treatment there, which will save you lots of money and would be all legal. Check out this site www.ivfinmexico.com for more info.
