Dear Marcasdu,
I had the same thing happened to me 4.5 months after the surgery. I felt sick all the time. I begged my doctor to take it out. I could actually smell the rubber. I did loose 35 pounds but was feeling sick through-out the day. Kept it for 1 more month and finally got it removed in month 5. I think you are only supposed to keep it for 6 months anyways. Its all psychological I think but still talk to your doctor. At the end because I did not change my life style and habits gained the weight right back. So be warned. Hope you feel better.
