After implant surgery within three to seven days, you should feel fine.

Numbness after implant placement should cease as soon as your local anasthesia wearsout. Pls. get back to your dentist and have it reexamined.
Before the damage becomes permeanent.

Hi,
You should go and see your dentist immediately. You should not have any numbness that long after the placement of a dental implant. I place 5-6 dental implants per week and I have never had a patient complain of this type of symptom.
