dysphonia question - Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT)

dysphonia question

I am going through disability case for back injuries but also diagnosed with tmj and dysphonia. I constantly lose my voice for weeks at a time, hurts to swallow, hot drinks soothe throat, have to cut food in small bites or I will choke on it, tender to touch on different parts of neck on sides, front and back
