Definitely NOT . Weather it is a Cosmetic or even Re-constructive (correction of a malfunction) Rhinoplasty Surgery it is always performed from inside, and never includes outside incisions

Rhinoplasty procedure is a surgical procedure. So it follow there will be a scar. However, surgeons often orient the scar along the natural folds of the face to make it less noticeable.
Often scar or the resulting scar may be noticeable because of swelling and immaturity. There is often texture and color mismatch between the scar and the surrounding skin. However, when the swelling completely subside and the scar fully matures the scar blends in with the surrounding skin and thus it fade through time.
