Hi Gill,

Capsular formation is a natural body response to your silicon breast implant. Its the one that holds your implant in place. However, sometimes the capsule thickens. To prevent this, its prudent to do breast massage. It will be best for you to ask your surgeon how often and how long should you do your massage.

Also some doctors prescribe anti-asthma drugs that may soften the capsule and give a more natural feel for the breast.

Hope this may help
